JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION

1. Lead **end-to-end production operations** of Paper Machine and Finishing House.
2. Drive **production planning and coordination** with marketing and dispatch teams.
3. Optimize **raw material mix, chemicals, and process parameters** for quality and cost efficiency.
4. Ensure **consistent product quality** and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Control and optimize **manufacturing costs** including consumables, chemicals, and spares.
6. Oversee **machine performance, uptime, and efficiency improvements**.
7. Coordinate with maintenance teams for **preventive and breakdown maintenance**.
8. Manage **annual budgeting** for chemicals, consumables, and spares.
9. Identify and manage **critical spares inventory** for uninterrupted operations.
10. Lead **product trials, process improvements, and new developments**.
11. Ensure compliance with **safety, environmental, and statutory regulations**.
12. Represent the organization in **technical forums and industry interactions**.
13. Lead and develop teams, ensuring **strong operational leadership and workforce capability**.
14. Drive **cost reduction, energy optimization, and productivity enhancement initiatives**.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong expertise in **Kraft Paper Manufacturing (Colour & Normal Kraft)**.
2. Extensive experience in **Paper Machine Operations and Finishing Systems**.
3. In-depth knowledge of **process control, quality standards, and production optimization**.
4. Proven leadership in **managing large production teams and plant operations**.
5. Strong capability in **cost control, efficiency improvement, and decision-making**.
6. Experience in **troubleshooting, process stabilization, and continuous improvement**.
7. At least **recent years in a senior leadership role** handling Paper Machine Production
