Job Description:

  1. Designing electrical systems to provide lighting, electrical power and controls to process treatment equipment that are a part of waste water treatment plant.
  2. Preparing design plans and specifications for detailing the size and type.
  3. Installation of new electrical equipment for waste water treatment process.
  4. Supporting in maintenance practices for evaluating electrical equipment.
  5. Performing failure analysis and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
  6. Designing, creating and testing PLC programs.
  7. Code preparation for the equipment systems.
  8. Collaborate with sales and other engineering departments.
  9. Integrate programs share information and control with DCS/SCADA systems.
  10. Wiring controllers to the equipment and labeling them for safety.
  11. Documenting the programs designed for the equipment and maintaining them.
  12. Supply technical support to customers and field service personnel.

Job Requirements:                             

  1. The incumbent should have thorough knowledge of Operation and Maintenance for the complete electrical equipment system.
  2. Good Analytical skills on Trial and complaints required.
  3. Proven record of ability to manage time and work to strict deadline.
  4. Design, installation, troubleshooting should be well known.
  5. Should be capable to Handle One Machine Complete Production End to End
  6. Ability to work independently, resourceful and effective team player.
  7. Should be very good Resource Management
  8. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary and passionate team members to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
