JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance & Repair on designated equipment
2. To evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
3. To managing the team member for better operations & Service to customer
4. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
5. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
6. To develops and maintains relations with customers
7. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues
8. To liable for customer complaints
9. To provide better service & Customer Satisfaction
10. Coordinating with the backhand team members of company for providing feasible & quick solution to customer
11. Build positive relationships with customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Handling Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
2. Should have good Knowledge in problem solving abilities
3. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
4. Good communication and customer service skills
5. Understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs (we provide tools)
6. Being able to travel frequently
