JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENT

 Accountability

1. Accountable to Create Sustainable Business Cycle in Northern Part of India.
2. Business Cycle Includes Business Development ,Marketing ,Sales,Customer Query Salvage.
3. Enrich the Business Volume.

Responsibility

1. Visit Periodically to Customers to Generate New Product Enquiry.
2. Create Enquiry For Refurbishing the Old and Worn Out Products.
3. Ensure Customer Satisfaction On Pre-In process -Post Sales.
4. Stabilize the Sales Realization Period and Cycle.

Work Instruction

1. Visit Customers Periodically Develop& Synchronise Customer Relationship.
2. Generate Enquiry for New as well Refurbishing for the Steel and Rubber Rolls.
3. Develop strategies with long term goals and vision, uncovered the opportunities in product innovation.
4. Responsible for independently handling client’s pre – sales , in – process, Post –sales , requirements.
5. The Candidate Should represent the Company with the Clients Demonstrate the Products.
6. Liable to handle the Sales inquiries and communicate the customer requirement to proposal team.
7. Help to enrich sales growth.
8. Providing periodic reports and other relevant reports and compliant with timelines.
9. Preparation and analysis Report of Price Comparison Chart.
10. Strong Customer orientation and Distributor Management.
11. Connecting with clients to categorize their desires.

Job Key Requirement

1. Must have experience in Paper Chemical Sales or Paper Mill Equipment Sales.
2. Good Knowledge on Paper Industry as well as Printing Industry(Optional).
3. Prefered Knowledge in Calculation Metrics of Circular Area.
4. Retain Good relations with client and client Representative.
5. Must have Car so that business Management Quite Easy all the Allowances Reimbursed.
6. Should have a positive sales attitude.
7. He must have an in-depth Knowledge of industry and current events.
8. Strong Negotiation skills and good communications skills are mandatory.
9. Experience and reach in relevant industries.
10. A strong  business focus,ownership and inner self-drive to bring connected offerings to real-world customers with perceptible impact .
