Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our FMCG business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with retailers, and achieving targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential markets and expand the customer base by onboarding new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive product visibility and demand in the market.
  • Manage orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments to meet collection goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback and insights to the management team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present updates to the sales manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with FMCG distribution channels, retail markets, and sales
    strategies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
