JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Supporting and assisting sales team in all aspects.
  2. Lead generation and maintenance of the enquiries.
  3. Responsible for customer account opening as well as Account Maintenance.
  4. Preparing quotations, order form and all other relevant documents.
  5. Arranging appointments for sales executives with clients
  6. Handle incoming calls; explain regarding company products to the clients.
  7. Planning and managing budget for marketing and travelling expenses of sales executives.
  8. Ensuring that sales executives have sufficient quantity of samples, brochures and other sales related materials.
  9. Supporting sales team to develop ideas to market and sell the products/services.
  10. Maintain customer database based upon the origin.
  11. Updating existing clients with change in price.
  12. Maintaining and proper filing of all sales related documents.
  13. Coordinating with sales department to achieve the targets and goals
  14. Handle general enquiries; divert them to relevant departments in the company.
  15. Communicating clients in case any delay in delivery of orders.
  16. Making follow-up with customers and clients to confirm sales orders.
  17. Preparing weekly, monthly sales report as per management requirement.
  18. Report to sales manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Well versed with MS – Office.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
  3. Responsible for actions, willing to learn more.
  4. Maintain records on time.
