  1. Source and Map Suitable Candidates As Per the Job Description, through our System.
  2. Identify & Ensure the Candidate’s Exposure, As Per the Given Profile/CV.


  1. Responsible for understanding the Job Description as well as know-how to create a suitable Job Description, with our own Job Description Tools for the Artificial Intelligence API tool
  2. Source suitable and preferred profiles for the Recruiting Position as per the JD
  3. Shortlist the suitable profiles to the position.

Work Instruction

  1. Design and Development of Posters and Jobs Roles and responsibilities Based on the training 
  2. Filter Profiles in the System, Prepare for Sending Job Alert.
  3. Map the Job Alerted Profiles for the Automatic Messaging System
  4. Follow Up with the Candidates for Details Required for the Opportunity
  5. Schedule a Call With the Candidate and Examine the Resume/Profile/CV  Exposure Properly Documented 
  6. Communicating the interview schedule to the candidates and further follow-ups 
  7. Provide  support for Salary Compensation Negotiation, If Required
  8. Follow Up for Joining formalities

System Management & Protocols

Interested and Selected Candidate Will be Provided a Base Training to Utilize our Talent Acquisition Management System.

Job Key Requirement

  1. The incumbent must have experience in recruitment activities 
  2. Good grammar and writing, as well as communicative skills and English. 
  3. Well-versed in job portals as well as professional Media and Social media 
  4. Software skills such as Php, WordPress, HTML, and Photoshop have added advantages.
