PPC Job With CS Responsibilities is the hybrid role combines responsibilities in Production Planning and Control (PPC) with Customer Support, ensuring seamless coordination between production processes and customer satisfaction.

PPC  (Production Planning and Control):

Covers tasks like in-process quality control, inventory management, monitoring packing and delivery, minimizing rejections, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring timely shipments.

Customer Support:

Includes customer order management, communication, following up on orders, managing price lists, sample coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

PPC Job Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Control (PPC):

  • Oversee in-process quality control to minimize rejection rates and maintain production efficiency.
  • Monitor material packing and delivery processes to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production workflows.
  • Ensure timely shipment of finished goods and compliance with delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing vendors for specific tasks, such as sheet cutting or other production-related activities.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards (EMS & QMS) and compliance with all production-related policies.

Customer Support:

  • Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Follow up with customers for new orders and explore opportunities to expand the business.
  • Coordinate the release of new part numbers and prepare associated BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Submit data for price list preparation, release approved price lists, and share them with customers.
  • Send samples to customers for approval and maintain records for follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Customer Support, or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address production and customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and production planning tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (EMS & QMS) and production workflows.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools is preferred.
