Job Profile:

• Overall responsibility for plant operations — encompassing production, process control, maintenance, quality, and manpower management.

• Lead and direct a team of senior technical professionals to achieve targeted production with consistent quality and cost optimization.

• Drive continuous improvement, technical upgradation, and modernization across the production line.

• Plan and implement strategies for new product and process development in Cone Board and Absorbent Kraft segments.

• Monitor and optimize raw material utilization, chemical dosing, energy consumption, and maintenance expenses to achieve cost competitiveness.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, environmental norms, and safety regulations.

• Establish systems for preventive and predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.

• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across all levels of operations.

• Coordinate with senior management for production planning, budgeting, and process excellence initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong operational background in Cone Board and Absorbent Kraft manufacturing processes.

• In-depth knowledge of recycled fiber processing, stock preparation, and paper machine operations.

• Proven leadership ability in managing large teams and driving production excellence.

• Expertise in cost control, energy conservation, and quality management systems.

• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.

• Strong decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
