JOB DESCRIPTION.

1.The candidate should be responsible for Mechanical maintenance of Paper Machine, Stock Preparation, Rewinder and Finishing House.

2.Responsible for Generating the Budget for the Spares required .

3.Planning of maintenance activities, material planning, manpower planning & spare management

4.Responsible for Generating List of Spares for the Equipment’s

5.Planning of shutdown activities for vertical start up Corrective and preventive action

6.Responsible for preparation of regular maintenance Procedure for the equipment’s

7.Responsible for the Erection and Commissioning of the Equipment’s

8.Providing Engineering support to Procurement department.

9. Responsible to follow the Documentation Existing Practice as well as new addition if necessary to include

10.Accountable to maintain, practice and educate the Safety Standards

11.Co- ordination with support department for Better Services

12.Reporting to Department Head

JOB REQUIREMENT.

1.The incumbent should have thorough knowledge of Operation and Maintenance in a  Paper Mill Paper machine

2.The Incumbent Should Have Experience in Paper Machine, Stock preparation, Finishing House

3.Good Knowledge on Paper Machine Maintenance and Captive power Plant

4.A thorough understanding and experience with specialized repairing and machining

5.The Candidate must have experience in Mechanical Department and Paper Industry

6.Candidate must have Good communication Skills.

7.Should have done P&ID’s and have knowledge of piping Layout’s – basic understanding of Hydraulic designs..

8.Should Know-how handling Human resource in unionized environment.

9.Pleasant Personality and Mixing with others
