Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct Periodic customers visits regularly (dealers, distributors, printers, and converters) weekly to showcase product offerings and understand client requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
Market Development:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain, including distributors and end-users, to promote paper and board products.
- Engage in structured meetings with 4-6 market influencers (e.g., large-scale printers, converters) weekly, explaining product benefits and applications.
Sales Growth:
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by strategically planning and executing customer visits.
- Submit accurate and timely sales visit reports highlighting market insights and potential growth areas.
Customer Support:
- Conduct monthly visits to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and obtain testimonials for future business development.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues proactively, and deliver exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
Commercial Responsibilities:
- Provide competitive and clear commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in regular sales reviews to assess progress and refine strategies.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Ensure professional and accurate reporting of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align on customer requirements, logistics, and order fulfillment.

Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of paper and board products, including their applications and benefits.
- Ability to explain technical specifications in a simple, customer-centric manner.
