Accountability

1. Maintain, Monitor, and Monetize production by achieving sustainable growth. Newsprint and Writing Printing Unit.
2. Achieve Higher returns to the organization by minimizing  the  cost of  production and the input and by maximizing  the output
3. Quality Standards of the product, as well as continual improvement of quality standards in the Product.

Responsibility

1. Guidance, Monitoring the selection of Raw Material Mix for the Product according to End product Quality Spec.
2. Monitoring, Controlling, Decision Making of Day to Day Production Planning and Co-ordination with the Marketing department
3. Decision Making on supplementary Chemicals and Budgets on annual Chemicals Requirements.
4. Smooth and effective operation of the Paper mill Operation

Work Instruction

1. Decision-making on supplementary chemicals and budgets on annual chemicals requirements.
2. Decision-making on Paper mill equipment and consumables.
3. Preparation Budget on Consumables and spares on Paper mill requirements.
4. Responsible for
5. Responsible for the Industry’s Operational Efficiency and providing support to troubleshooting as and when needed.
6. Responsible for the Cost of product manufactured and achieving continual improvement of cost reduction without affecting quality standards.
7. Maintaining Industry campus protocols for conducting trials.
8. Responsible for representation and participation in Technical forums
9. Responsible for Team maintenance and subordinate developments

Job Key Requirement

1. The incumbent must have experience in Recycle Deinking Pulp mill operations and Paper machine operations
2. The candidate must have experience in MF Machine – FourDrinier With Multi Wire Configuration
3. The incumbent must be experienced in NewsPrint /Writing & Printing
4. Leadership  and Communications Skills are mandatory
5. Good team-building ability and ready to work in a non-hierarchy culture
6. Good In Machine Trouble Shooting
7. Incumbent must have fluent native Tamil communication skills in Speaking / Reading/Writing
