Job Description:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Create and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Client Identification: Identify suitable clients for the company’s products.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts.
  • Client Handling: Manage client requirements throughout the pre-sales, in-process, and post-sales stages.
  • Product Demonstration: Represent the company and demonstrate products to clients.
  • Sales Inquiries: Handle sales inquiries and communicate customer requirements to the proposal team.
  • Pricing Analysis: Prepare and analyze price comparison reports.
  • Client Relations: Ensure complete client satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
  • Pan-India Sales & Marketing: Oversee all sales and marketing activities across India.
  • Manufacturing Advice: Provide manufacturing advice and manage orders.
  • Technical Representation: Participate in and represent the company at technical forums.
  • Skills Required: Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication are mandatory.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with support departments to enhance service quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Must have experience in Kraft paper (brown paper) sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the paper industry, including Kraft paper quality and end uses.
  • Corrugation Industry: Preferably have knowledge of the corrugation industry.
  • Industry Reach: Experience and established connections within relevant industries.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess strong communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Multi-lingual candidates are preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Client Relations: Ability to maintain good relations with clients and their representatives.
  • Leadership: Capable of leading a team of 10+ members.
