In the EPC and fabrication sector, projects involve the production of engineered components that are later integrated into larger systems, structures, or industrial installations. Unlike single-source manufacturing models, modern project execution relies on coordinated fabrication, supply, and assembly across multiple specialized units. This structure demands strong financial monitoring and disciplined accounting control at every stage of execution.

The Accounts Executive plays a critical role in supporting project-based financial operations. The position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, recording, and reporting financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Accountability :

1. Handling of invoice & purchase orders.
2. TDS and Vendor registration.
3. Maintenance of records.

Responsibility :

1.  Performs general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
2. Prepares periodic reports on Receipts, Payments and Expenses.
3. Maintains the general ledger and log books.
4. Maintain all records in Tally.
5. Prepare invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
6. Reconciles bank accounts monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
7. Reconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.
8. Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
10. TDS and Vendor registration.

JOB Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Highly proficient with accounting software (Tally)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
