Plantation Job in Paper Industry !!!Paper and Packaging Papers are needed commodity in day to day life, Paper is made from Wood , Agricultural waste, Bamboo, Recycled waste paper. The Availability of Raw Material Wood and Bamboo can be made from the sources through plantation for Purpose.

To Handle & Lead and to oversee the lantation to oversee large-scale clonal plant production and nursery management. The role involves handling vegetative propagation, greenhouse operations, plantation planning, and team management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-tech nursery techniques, fertigation, pest management, and budget planning for plantation projects

Key Responsibilities:

Clonal Plant Production & Propagation:

1. Expertise in large-scale clonal plant production of Eucalyptus, Subabul, Melia sps, Casuarina, Acacia, Poplar, and Bamboo through vegetative propagation in mist chambers.
2. Mass multiplication of Eucalyptus & Casuarina for enhanced productivity per unit area.
   Selection of Candidate Plus Trees (CPT) for high-yield plantations.

Nursery & Greenhouse Management:

1. Oversee the development and management of greenhouses, mist chambers, poly houses, growth chambers, and Brazilian Mini Gardens (Clonal Mini Orchards based on Brazilian Technology).
2. Manage mini mother cuttings in polyhouses and high-tech open nurseries for protective crop cultivation.

Plantation & R&D Operations:

1. Supervise nursery operations, field plantations, and R&D teams for continuous innovation and productivity improvement.
2. Implement best practices in fertigation, disease, and pest management in nurseries.
3. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of plantations to ensure optimal growth and sustainability.

Budgeting & Planning:

1. Prepare and manage nursery and plantation budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
2. Develop unit costs and economic models for different plantation crops.
3. Plan and execute plantation development work while ensuring effective manpower management.

Key Requirements:

1. Strong experience in clonal plant production, nursery management, and large-scale plantation operations.
2. Expertise in vegetative propagation, greenhouse technologies, and protective crop cultivation.
3. Hands-on experience in CPT selection, fertigation, and pest control strategies.
   Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and economic analysis of plantation projects.
4. Min 10 Years Experience in Forestry Management
5. Must be a Agriculture or Forestry study Background
6. Excellent leadership, team management, and administrative skills.
