HR JOBS Key Responsibilities:
Employee Management:

3.Performance Management:
Obtain and analyze monthly staff performance reports from department heads, with a focus on productivity metrics in printing operations.

4.Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to the printing industry’s needs, such as machine handling, safety protocols, and technical skill development.
