Purpose of this Role is to Establish the Relationship with Clients to Suggesting and Utilize TAMS for their Talent Acquisition and ensuring the Customer Satisfaction on the Objectives Served Properly.

Establish and Enhance the Client Base of the organization to promote allotted Products of Paptec SERVICES
- Identity Potential Clients of the Applications and Products
- Promote the Products and Applications to the Potential through viable medium.
- Ensure With the Clients that the Committed Service Prompted properly by Conducting Internal Audits
- Find out through available resources No Employees of the organization or No of recruitment per year happening and the Cost incurred.
- Introduce our Products and services to the concern authorities.
- Send Product Videos and Presentation to the clients on allotted Territories / Sectors
- Fix Up Appointment to Demonstrate the Application On live with available tools virtually
- Follow up with Client for the Closure of the Products and Services
- Check with the Clients that committed objectives has been served them properly, if yes ensure with Acknowledgement or else Suit mails with remarks with production department for necessary action plan
- Business Development Attitude with HR Background Experience required
- Good, Marginal Human Resource Authorities Network Required or willing establish
- Min Three Hours per day contribution required
- Salary Offer Free Lance / From 3 LPA Onwards
- Educational Qualification Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience Min 5 Yrs HR Experience Required
- Age 28 - 45
