  1. The Candidate should be responsible for Human Resources Department activities 
  2. Guiding the team for monthly PF & ESI Deduction and Contribution Report 
  3. Co ordinating & preparing employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. 
  4. Handle HR Recruiting process such as vender management(consultancy), Scheduling Interview (telephonic & face to face), offer discussion, negotiating and prepare appointment order for selected candidate. 
  5. Obtaining Monthly Staff Performance Report from Departmental Head. 
  6. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees 
  7. Preparation of Employee Appraisals. 
  8. Preparation and Execution of Pay Roll Ledger. 
  9. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations. 
  10. Handling Government Departments and compliance of factory rules and regulations 
  11. Maintain cordial relation with union members of the company. 
  12. Handling Staff and Company guest travel plan and approvals 
  13. Report Submission to the management on daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly basis. 
  14. Promote company’s reputation as best place to work. 




  1. Candidate should have Good Communication Skills 
  2. She/He Should Have Experience in managing HR or Personnel Dept activities 
  3. The Candidate Should have thorough knowledge in PF & ESI. 
  4. Should have Strong decision-making skills. 
  5. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. 
  6. Should have a positive attitude. 
  7. Maintain Good relations with Staffs and Workers.
