JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate and Manages respective ETP operation functions.
- Set up, operate, observe and opearte the ETP operation with Anerobic reactor and
Aerobic process. - Record and monitor the all ETP, UF and RO plant operational parameters and timely
action against complianc - Ensures final discharge norms of effluent to be meet legal norms
- Ensure clean and safe working area all the time
- Owns personal and team safety. Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety
equipment at all times. - Follows necessary GMP and other manufacturing regulations/guidelines.
- Develops and maintains operating procedures and ensures all SOP’s are followed
- Ensures process checks and operation are performed as required.
- Maintains any required record keeping.
- Ensures shift-to-shift communication is to be maintained.
- Performs other duties as necessary when directed.
- Record and monitor the input and additives consumption on shift basis.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls
covering all areas of ADPMCL. - Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls
- Reports to Deputy Manager-ETP
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 or 5 years from Paper Industry in similar capacity of ETP running.
- Knowledge of the ETP processes, mainly Aneraobic and Aerobic operation with
latest modern reactors - Essential knowledge of QCS and Computers is desirable.
- Knowledge of different management system such as ISO , IMS is preferable
