JOB Description for MG Paper Making

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan day-to-day production activities and coordinate with the marketing department to align with market demands and schedules.
2. Select the appropriate raw material mix to meet the end product quality specifications, ensuring the production of high-quality MG Products.
3. Choose the necessary chemicals and prepare annual budgets for chemical requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
4. Select clothing and spares for the PM/c and finishing house systems, categorizing items as critical or non-critical.
5. Prepare and manage budgets for consumables and spares for the PM/C requirements.
6. Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the PM/c and finishing house, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
7. Maintain and improve quality standards for the product, ensuring adherence to specifications and continual enhancement of quality.
8. Address breakdowns of the PM/c machine and finishing house, providing support for troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues.
9. Manage the cost of production, aiming for continual cost reduction without compromising quality standards.
10. Maintain industry campus protocols for conducting trials to test new processes, materials, and technologies.
11. Represent the company and participate in technical forums, staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
12. Lead and maintain a strong team, focusing on the development and growth of subordinates to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Skill Requirements for Chief Production Officer

1. Updated knowledge of the process requirements for color kraft and normal kraft manufacturing.
2. Hands-on experience in the operation and troubleshooting of PM/c and finishing house systems.
3. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in kraft Products manufacturing, with a focus on MG Products.
4. Updated knowledge of kraft paper making and quality specifications, ensuring the production of high-quality products
